Established in 1853, Yandina Station is one of the region’s oldest working cattle farms—offering a unique blend of heritage charm and modern comfort, with sweeping paddocks, our iconic Dairy Barn, and panoramic views of Mt Coolum.

Housekeeping

Check-Out

Check-Out time is 10:00am

  1. Ensure all rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
  2. Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and appliances.
  3. Lock all doors and windows before departure.
  4. Return your key to the drop box located at the reception office

Smoking

Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted in or around the cottages (within 10 metres).
A $300 cleaning fee may apply if for any damages caused by smoking in these areas.

Noise

In respect of our neighbours and other guests, we have a strict sound curfew of 10:30pm.
After event parties are not permitted.

Speed Limit

In the interest of safety, speeds limit throughout the property is walking pace only (10km).
Keep to the roads and avoid gates. Some roadways may be uneven gravel.

Wildlife

Yandina Station is a working cattle farm, please be respectful of our animals and respect the local wildlife. Please do not attempt to pet or feed any cattle or wildlife. Access is not permitted to the paddocks past the fence line.
